We are seeking a bright and talented, Customer Engagement Manager to join our Team. This newly created position will be responsible for the finalisation of the customer journey within Cataneo. Among other activities, you will be looking after the overall delivery of software versions of our products, overseeing user testing and acceptance, configuration, and deployment. You will be trained and accompanied by your colleagues, but you should also have the desire and ability to work autonomously and the initiative to implement tasks independently.

What can you expect in this role?
  • Strategically enhance the product by gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maximise the user experience of our products by understanding user’s needs and implementing configuration changes.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting and consolidating test results within the organisation as well as with the client.
  • Conduct and/or participate on the user meetings to understand challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform user and master user training sessions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the product – understand and can explain all the different fields and scenarios within the Cataneo tool suite.
  • Create detailed functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and demo sessions with stakeholders across different company levels and positions.
  • Assist and train other colleagues within the organisation, as and when needed.
Your experience and education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or related fields.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Understanding of the IT landscape.
  • Familiarity with system configuration and administration.
  • Fluent in English and German languages (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBoK, Prince2).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within specialised IT software development, such as trainer, user testing manager, project manager, business analyst and/or user engagement manager is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in the media or entertainment industries is highly desirable.
