DUBAI, United Arab Emirates | 06th May 2021: MBC GROUP, the largest and leading media company in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) has chosen Cataneo GmbH to provide a full stack AdTech and consultancy service for its brand-new commercial division, MBC Media Solutions (MMS).
MMS is the established media group’s recently launched commercial division, with a focus on connecting brands and people with premium Arabic content to drive growth through data, technology and talent. With offices in Riyadh, Cairo and Dubai, MMS provides data-driven business solutions for clients and agencies through transparent and collaborative partnerships. It sells commercial inventory for all of MBC GROUP’s properties, including its TV channels; its streaming platform Shahid and subscription offering Shahid VIP; digital services and radio stations.
Through its partnership with MBC GROUP, Cataneo GmbH will provide its Cataneo Mydas system which offers 360 cross-media campaign booking in a cloud environment, allowing for rapid deployment and thus meeting the sales house’s requirements.
Cataneo’s experience of working across various international ad sales markets, as well as its ability to adapt its system to the Middle East market, was also critical to the decision. Nadim Samara, COO of MMS commented:

MBC decided to work with Cataneo after an initial live trial across one of MBC’s channels, which resulted in a positive feedback – Cataneo delivered on time and quality. The Cataneo tools MMS will use will offer MBC’s clients an efficient way to book projects directly via a digital system that updates in real time.
